    Espresso coffee is a coffee that is brewed by a high-pressure approach in which hot water under force is made to move through coffee grounds. Espresso is an Italian word that means “pressed-out”. The 1st espresso coffee machine came out in Italy around the early 1900 and during the years has had a lot of updates Nowadays, espresso coffee machines are so sophisticated that they can make coffee using different hot water pressures, pulling out different coffee tastes from the grounds base on how the person like's it. The person who works an espresso coffee machine is seen to be a coffee expert and is denoted to as a “barista”. Espresso coffee machines are equipped with handles, which are used by baristas when they want to make a cup of coffee. This act of pulling the lever is termed as "shot pulling".
